An unhealthy lifestyle, an imbalanced diet, late-night eating practices, dozens of medicines for every problem, hormonal imbalances, and stress are the causes of increasing heart disorders to a wider extent. 

A few years later it was obeyed that heart diseases are common in older people who are already suffering from any disease. But the way the lifestyle of the people is changing, it is taking a turn towards heart diseases. That is why it is not certain who will be attacked by it. Heart attack (Myocardial infarction) is a common problem affecting many. The only way to prevent it is to change your lifestyle by including yoga, meditation, and exercises and stop ignoring the outset of this.

STAY AWAY FROM STRESS:

Stress is the biggest syndrome in this present world and the reasons may include family affairs, failure in career, goals, rejection, and an increased workload in the workplace. Not only the heart but the entire system of your body is affected. Due to stress, the cortisone hormone is imbalanced that increases the cholesterol level in the body. It also brings irregularity in the blood pressure and increases body weight which increases the risk of heart attacks.

UNCONTROLLED EATING HABITS:

It is very important to eat healthy food items to stay fit. In this fast-moving world, people have forgotten what to eat, how to eat, when to eat, and what not to. Fast food, junk food, refined flour, and fatty foods increase cholesterol. These food practices increase body weight unevenly which further leads to problems in the reproductive tract, especially in girls like PCOD, infertility, etc. This not only impacts your heart but your entire body's health.

STAY AWAY FROM ALCOHOL/TOBACCO:

With time, there is an increase in the number of people consuming drugs, alcohol, and tobacco. It is drastically increasing at a faster rate among youngsters who are entangled amid stress. Tobacco is dangerous for the body in any form Nicotine found in tobacco shrinks the arteries, which affects the normal blood circulation of your body resulting in clots in many parts of the body. Consumption of alcohol increases cholesterol and affects blood pressure which is the main reason for heart-related diseases. 

DON'T TAKE MEDICINES ON YOUR OWN FOR A LONGER PERIOD:

Sometimes it may happen that you were suffering from some disorder in the past. But after getting the relief you continue to use the medicines thinking that this will help you to prevent future attacks of that disease or disorder. Wait, Stop that! It may or may not be necessary that your remain allergic to one particular allergen. The medications must be discontinued as they can affect the hormonal level resulting in heart damage. 

 SYMPTOMS:

  • Anxiety and chest pain need not always necessarily be the symptoms.
  • Pain observed from the mouth region to your lower abdomen or near the diaphragm is a possible symptom.
  • Discontinuous breathing may also be one of the symptoms.

REMEMBER THESE THINGS TO MAINTAIN A GOOD HEART HEALTH:

  • Stay away from stress
  • Stay away from alcohol/tobacco
  • Maintain your body weight 
  • Consume tea, and coffee up to a specific limit
  • Keep yourself physically fit
  • Take proper sleep
  • Reduce the consumption of fatty foods
