Our ancestors have focused on waking up after twilight or more precisely at 4:00 am (Brahmamuhurta). This time is considered the best for doing productive work, meditation(dhyana), learning or focusing, and practicing the tasks. As this time is considered to be the most powerful of all time zones as the mind is 100% in its conscious state at this time. 


But the immanent schedule of today's generation is changing vastly. They remain awakened till late at night and would sleep the entire day, disturbing their routine and wasting precious morning time.
