6 GOOD HABITS FOR A HEALTHY GLOWING SKIN

Skin is the largest organ of our body. Our skin is an essential part of our body as it provides the body with good looks and also enhances our personality to a certain extent. It protects and prevents the outside dust and pollution from entering the body cells directly. Instead, it sticks on the surface of the skin which is removed along with the dead cells.

Here, are some tips that you can follow to replenish your skin and make it look beautiful and evergreen forever and blemishing too.

1) Wake up early to take the fresh morning air:

The best time to wake up is the time after the twilight and before the sunrise. Walking in such a pleasant atmosphere will not only relax your mind from the anxiety and stress but will also relieve you from tension which is the indirect cause of making your skin look pale and dull. Such a walk will refresh you both internally and externally. So set out for a walk.

2) Cut the excess fast-food diet /oily foods:

Some foreign countries and even now India also blindly follow some crash diets, especially the keto diet being one of them. These diet plans are popularised everywhere irrespective of their limitations. But what diet plan is to be followed for the beauty of the skin the answer is "NO". So the biggest way to improve it is to stop junk food which is the fuel of many food-related diseases. They not only lead you to gain weight but also makes you lazy and feel dizzy.

3) Take more liquid and hydrating foods:

Our body constitutes more than 70% of water as we all know. So why lower its limit, the freshly made homemade juices are a good source of vitamins and minerals and also regulate the proper functioning of the body. The fast foods result in thickening of the blood which becomes less available to the skin to be transported. But, the juices and hydrating or water-rich fruits and vegetables help you to work more. Reduces body fat and also keeps you energetic.

4) Yoga and exercises:

Yoga derived from the word 'yogi' is a way to train your mind and body to bring it under control and bring peace to the mind and soul. Doing yoga and exercises releases sweat to a lot extent along with which the chemical substances and dirt is also released which helps to maintain the good health of the skin.

5) Nourish your skin with nature's products:

Mother nature has given us many beautiful products which are aromatic and rich with pigments meant for the beautification of the skin. These include turmeric, neem, aloe vera, rose, etc. Applying them to the skin doesn't have any side effects on the skin and also blemishes your skin naturally.

6)  Stop applying the harsh chemicals to your skin:

The commercial market products do not have much nutritional content for the skin. Instead, they deaden the skin cells and harm the epidermis of the skin and reach through the pores of the skin beneath to the skin cells where it rests, and cause irritation and rashes also in many. These cosmetic products are loaded with chemicals and some even have oxytocin-rich compounds which lead to faster maturity in youngsters and teens.
